【Submission and copyrights】
► Submissions will be printed on the inner pages of Infurnity conbook with your info next to it.
► All artwork submitted belongs and copyright to its artist. The con does not interfere if the artist wishes to republish or display same illustration elsewhere.
► Fursuit photo submission opens to registered fursuiters only, there will be a page specifically dedicated to participating fursuits of this year.
► All fursuits and the characters belong and copyright to their owners in the fursuit photos, the photos are copyrighted/credited to their photographers.
► Infurnity retains the right to use artworks and photos submitted to help advertise the event through social media, website, DM flyers or any other means of promotion.
【Rules for sticker style character illustration submission】
► Illustration must be animals, fantasy or furry related characters done by the submitting artist. It's okay to draw copyrighted characters but we hope to see more original ones from you.
► Subjects associates with blood, cruelty, suggestive nudity, and restricted adult materials will not be accepted.
► Submission will be cancelled upon violation of copyright such as copying, imitating, and stealing.
► Try keep your art focus on the theme (but does not limited to): ”Furry Christmas Eve”
► Please draw the characters as sticker style without background. (See example) Remember to save it as PNG file background transparent, for editing convenience.
► File Requirements: Size in A6 with resolution 300 DPI, illustration in color or in black and white, vertical or horizontal both fine, and the file should save in PNG format.
► There is no limitation of submission for each person, non attendees are welcome to submit as well.
► We will filter through all submissions and pick which ones to use; we may also keep some of the illustrations for upcoming years. Please understand due to the fact of limitation on pages, there is no guarantee that all submissions can fit in the conbook. Whether your artwork is accepted or not you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding this matter.

【Rules for fursuit photo submissions】
► Fursuit(s) in the photo submitted must match the one(s) you will be performing at the con.
► Any photos with overly bloody scene, cruelty, suggestive nudity, and restricted adult materials will not be accepted.
► Photo must be a clear front shot from waist up with simple background.
► You can submit multiple photos but we will only take ONE photo for each character you bring.
► Photo requirements: Size at least in 1500 x 2000 pixels with resolution 300 DPI. Must be a frontal horizontal shot saved in JPG or PNG format.

【Rules for advertisement submissions】
► We welcome promotional advertisement of any kind be it a service, product, business or activity etc, however it must be associated to animals, pets, fantasy or furry.
► Subjects associates with overly bloody scene, cruelty, suggestive nudity, and restricted adult materials will not be accepted.
► File Requirements: Size should be 1700 x 750 pixels exactly with resolution 300 DPI, in horizontal/landscape orientation, full color or black and white picture saved in JPG or PNG format.
► There is no limitation of submission for each person, non attendees are welcome to submit as well.
